KÄRCHER EXECUTIVE CENTER
Terrazzo by Agglotech
Winnenden, Germany
The expansion of Kärcher’s headquarters, located in Winnenden, near Stuttgart, has given rise to a modern and functional architectural project, aimed at reflecting the identity of an international brand symbolizing excellence in the professional cleaning sector. The complex includes new office areas, meeting rooms, a conference hall and a cafeteria, designed by the Reichel Schlaier Architekten studio
For this project, the designers chose Agglotech’s Venetian-style terrazzo for internal flooring and stair cladding, enhancing the representative spaces with a material of great aesthetic and functional impact.
SB 113 Multicolor Nero
The SB 113 Multicolor Nero coloration was chosen for its ability to combine elegance, dynamism and resistance. The terrazzo is characterized by marble aggregates of various sizes and colors, distributed over a dark cement base, creating a lively and refined visual effect that genuinely the aesthetic qualities of natural stone.
Within the executive headquarters, the contrast between the black terrazzo and the yellow chromatic elements, that resemble the distinctive color of the Kärcher brand, gives the spaces a contemporary and welcoming appearance. The outcome is a cohesive environment, where materials and colors interact to embody identity and convey a sense of balance between professionalism and hospitality.
Thanks to its durability, resistance to wear and ease of maintenance, Agglotech terrazzo represents an ideal solution for high-profile corporate projects, where aesthetics and performance merge to create executive spaces with distinctive and timeless style.
