PSV PRIVATE HOUSE
Terrazzo by Agglotech

Florence, Italy

In the heart of Florence, among the buildings in the Santo Spirito district, PSV House comes to life as a modern and welcoming oasis, where Agglotech terrazzo interprets Florentine material heritage in a contemporary manner. The project is the result of tight collaboration between client, designer and manufacturer with a single goal of creating spaces that are meticulously designed and well suited to the needs of contemporary living.
The apartment, completely renovated, combines comfort and functionality with a strong focus on aesthetics: fluid spaces, clear visual continuity and tailor-made solutions make the house ideal for a family seeking quality and character in interiors.

SB 140 Ca’ D’Oro

In PSV House, the use of terrazzo also has an emotional significance: the material becomes a vehicle for giving spaces a sturdy concrete, robust and at the same time poetic soul. The interior space is thus distinguished by delicate continuity and a clear material identity, which guides the eye through each area.
For this project, the SB 140 Ca’ D’Oro color was chosen, a shade that captivates at first glance: neutral nuances and fine, harmonious granules capable of giving spaces a sense of order and modernity. This chromatic choice complements furnishings and architectural volumes, resulting in a balanced dialogue between Florentine tradition and contemporary design.
