Located In Rozzano, on the outskirts of Milan, Agglotech supplied its own Venetian terrazzo for the external cladding of the Office Building, a modern office complex that combines contemporary aesthetics and structural functionality.
The project, Developed in collaboration with Marini Marmi, the project showcases the use of terrazzo as a versatile architectural material for external facades, valued for its resistance, durability and ability to preserve its natural beauty over time.
SB 130 Aggloceppo
The SB 130 Aggloceppo coloring, with its medium and large-sized marble chippings immersed in a natural gray cement base, lends the facade a solid, and material character, perfectly integrated into the urban context.
The terrazzo panels, mounted with ventilated facade technique, contribute to enhance the building’s energy efficiency, guaranteeing thermal and acoustic comfort.
The elegant and irregular pattern of the marble creates plays of light and shadow that accentuate the structure’s dynamic essence, giving it a distinctive and refined character.
