In the Gading Serpong neighborhood, in the Indonesian city of Tangerang Selatan, the DP+HS Architects studio chose selected Agglotech to coat the flooring and surfaces of its headquarter.
The project, carried out in association with MM Gallery, fuses contemporary elegance and material minimalism, expressing a balance between Italian artisanal tradition and cutting-edge Asian design.
SB 139 Cenere
The SB 139 Cenere coloring was selected for the flooring and a portion of the internal walls. Characterized by finely distributed micro marble chippings in a light gray cement base, this terrazzo provides uniformity and luminosity to the spaces, conversing with the neutral tones of cement and natural wood cladding.
The compact texture creates a visual effect of depth and continuity, amplifying natural light and emphasizing the clean and linear architecture of the project.
A choice that reflects DP+HS’s philosophy: to design essential, functional environments that convey a sense of serenity and aesthetic order.
