WOHNANLAGE
Terrazzo by Agglotech
Neugablonz, Germany
For the Wohnanlage residential project in Neugablonz, Germany, Agglotech supplied its own Venetian-style terrazzo in marble and cement for the covering of stairs and internal flooring. The intervention reaffirms the versatility and elegance of a material capable of harmoniously blends functionality with and aesthetic value, while preserving durability and resistance over time.
Two different chromatic versions were created, selected to create a refined visual contrast between light and dark surfaces, and to effortlessly adapting to the different functions of the environments.
SB 250 Lido - SB 171 Nero Venato
The luminous white terrazzo SB 250 Lido is characterized by large marble aggregates, distributed homogeneously within the cement matrix. Used for the stair steps, the floor and part of the common area walls, this color reflects natural light, bringing brightness and visual spaciousness to interiors. The polished finish further enhances the play of light created by the marble flakes, making the environment elegant and welcoming.
The SB 171 Nero Venato shade, on the other hand, is distinguished by a deep and intense black, embellished with medium-sized aggregates of different tones. Used for baseboards and for the covering of the first and last stair steps, this color introduces a note of contrast and depth, also serving as a signaling element for the transition of levels.
The dialogue between the two colors creates a harmonious chromatic balance, where the white of Lido amplifies luminosity and the black of Venato adds elegance and character. With this project, Agglotech once again demonstrates its ability to offer tailor-made solutions that combine design, safety and aesthetic value, in perfect harmony with the needs of the modern residential sector.
