Terrazzo by Agglotech

For a private villa in Miami, Agglotech was directly commissioned by the client for the supply of its own marble cement Venetian-style terrazzo, chosen for its ability to combine aesthetics, durability, and application versatility. The material was used for interior flooring, stairs, the shower area, and portions of the interior cladding, contributing to create a harmonious environment that reflects the home’s modern architectural style.
SB 100 Bianco
The project features Agglotech terrazzo in SB 100 Bianco coloration, a very light white characterized by a luminosity tending towards cool tones and a smooth polished finish. This shade enhances the interior spaces with understated elegance, higlighting the contrast with contemporary furnishings and natural materials.
Following Agglotech’s technical recommendation, the same SB 100 White terrazzo was also used for the external patio and pool areas, but with bushhammered finish, to ensure greater safety and anti-slip performance (R11).
The result is a project that embodies perfectly the Agglotech philosophy: a single material interpreted in different ways, ensuring visual continuity, stylistic coherence, and functionality. Venetian-style terrazzo thus confirms itself as an ideal solution for contemporary residential architectures, where design, comfort, and Italian craftsmanship blend in a refined and lasting balance.
