VRAK, MUSEUM OF WRECKS
Terrazzo by Agglotech
Stockholm, Sweden
Immersed in the evocative setting of the Djurgården shipyards and the Baltic Sea, the Vrak, Museum of Wrecks takes visitors on a journey through wrecks and historical testimonies. To reflect the identity of the place, the architectural project chose Agglotech terrazzo coatings, capable of combining authenticity, design and functionality.
SB 130 Aggloceppo
The SB 130 Aggloceppo terrazzo, characterized by varied marble flakes on a gray base, was used for the flooring of the museum’s refreshment area and restrooms. Its versatility extends to coating of horizontal walls and the creation of sink tops, ensuring aesthetic continuity and practical use.
For optimal hygiene and long term durability, the baseboard is designed as a smooth, continuous transition between floor and walls, preventing dirt build up and bacteria. A refined solution that confirms the high technical performance and timeless elegance of Agglotech terrazzo.
