VALENTINO STORE
Terrazzo by Agglotech

Miami, U.S.A.

In the Valentino Store in Miami, Agglotech terrazzo becomes an integral part of the maison’s architectural identity, expressing perfect harmony between elegance, sobriety, and contemporary design. As in all new Valentino flagship stores worldwide, the material was chosen for flooring, interior cladding, and central columns, providing continuity and coherence to the entire space.
The project continues the maison’s philosophy, which recognizes Venetian-style Agglotech terrazzo as a distinctive element of its aesthetic: an authentic, durable, and refined material, capable of blending Italian artisanal tradition with international architecture.

CUSTOM - REG 1712

For the Miami boutique, as for all Valentino stores worldwide, the REG 1712 coloration was used, a custom-made terrazzo created exclusively by Agglotech in collaboration with David Chipperfield Architects and Pierpaolo Piccioli.
This finish is characterized by a grey cement base enriched with white marble chips of medium and small sizes, which provide brightness and visual depth. The outcome is a compact and harmonious surface, capable of creating a modern yet welcoming atmosphere, the perfect frame for Valentino haute couture collections.
Agglotech followed every phase of the project, from material design to production and supply, ensuring chromatic uniformity and consistent quality. With over 600 boutiques created worldwide, the collaboration between Agglotech and Valentino represents an excellence of made in Italy in international design, where matter, light, and architecture blend in a unique and instantly recognizable language.
