For this prestigious 36-story skyscraper standing 185 meters tall, designers chose Agglotech marble cement terrazzo, developed in a fully customized version.

The REG 3509 terrazzo, supplied by Agglotech, was used for flooring, internal walls and columns, to defining spaces with refined and contemporary character.
The white marble granules, embedded in a gray cementitious base, create refined interplay of light and shadow that bring depth and dynamic to the spaces.

Thanks to the polished finish, the surface is smooth and elegant, while preserving high slip resistance (R9 – R10), ideal for high-traffic public contexts.
