PRIVATE OFFICES CABOT SQUARE
Terrazzo by Agglotech
London, United Kingdom
The Cabot Square 25 building, constructed in 1991 and completely renovated between 2017 and 2019, represents one of the main business hubs of Canary Wharf, in the financial heart of London. The headquarters, occupied since 2010 by Morgan Stanley, underwent a major architectural renovation that restored new elegance and functionality to the spaces.
Agglotech participated in the renovation in collaboration with partners InOpera Group and W.B. Simpson, providing its own marble cement terrazzo for flooring, stairs, and interior cladding. The selected material allowed for the enhancement of the buildings common areas, providing brightness, solidity, and a contemporary appearance perfectly in line with the architecture of the London business district.
SB 260 TRONCHETTO
For the Cabot Square 25 project, the SB 260 Tronchetto coloration was selected, a terrazzo with strong visual impact characterized by a grey cement base enriched with intense black marble chips of medium and large sizes. The contrast between neutral tones and dark inclusions creates a dynamic and sophisticated texture, ideal for high-level corporate environments.
Agglotech terrazzo, made entirely with natural raw materials and free from resins, combines resistance, durability, and aesthetic value, making it the perfect choice for public and corporate spaces subject to intensive daily use. The combination of cutting edge technology and Italian craftsmanship makes every surface unique, transforming passageway and reception areas into distinctive elements of the building’s architectural identity.
