PRIVATE HOUSE
Terrazzo by Agglotech

Sydney, Australia

In the prestigious coastal location of North Bondi, just steps away from the famous Bondi Beach, the architectural studio Mhndu and interior designer The Unlisted Collective designed an elegant private residence, combining natural materials to create a refined balance between marble and wood. The interiors of the villa are characterized by Agglotech terrazzo, with white marble flakes immersed in a refined gray cement base, bringing luminosity and understated style to the entire interior environment.

SB 240 TORCELLO

The quality of Agglotech products led the designers to choose the Venetian terrazzo SB 240 Torcello to cover the entire flooring of the living area: an ashen nuance envelops the living room and kitchen in perfect harmony with wooden panels and finishes. The large white marble flakes recall the tradition of Venetian terrazzo, enhancing the contemporary character of the residence.
The versatility of marble cement aggregate made it possible to extend its use to the, where it covers flooring, walls, and shower with continuity, ensuring resistance and durability. The project is completed with a custom sink made in solid material, demonstrating how marble and cement aggregate can transform into an exclusive furnishing element.
