Just minutes from Incheon International Airport, the Paradise City Hotel & Resort stands out as one of the most prestigious hotel complexes in South Korea. A large-scale project that combines luxury hospitality, entertainment and art, hosting the country’s largest casino, a 1,600-seat convention room, a spa center and numerous spaces dedicated to exhibitions and events.
For this major project, Agglotech, in collaboration with Korean distributor Gayoung Ceramics, supplied its own Venetian-style terrazzo for covering the external facades, contributing to defining the architectural image of the entire complex through natural, elegant and highly resistant materials.

The external cladding of the Paradise City Hotel & Resort was created with four different Agglotech terrazzo colorings, selected to create a harmonious and luminous chromatic composition. The terrazzo SB 139 Ash, SB 149 Smoke and SB 153 Ecru were selected for their homogeneous and refined texture, obtained thanks to micro-grains of marble that give uniformity and delicacy to the surface.
By contrast, the main facade facing the hotel entrance features SB 159 Ricotta terrazzo was instead applied, distinguished by a very light cement base with small grey marble chips. This bright tone gives the structure an airy and sophisticated appearance, emphasizing the luminosity of the architecture.
Agglotech terrazzo, made exclusively with natural raw materials and without the use of resins, proved to be the ideal choice for a project of this scale, thanks to its resistance to atmospheric agents and durability over time.
The final result is a work that perfectly blends the Italian aesthetics of Venetian terrazzo with the precision and elegance of contemporary Asian design, transforming Paradise City into an icon of architecture and style in the international landscape.
