OHNHÄUSER
Terrazzo by Agglotech

Wallerstein, Germany

In the heart of Bavaria, the new Ohnhäuser administrative center represents a perfect blend of architectural innovation and industrial solidity. The designers chose Agglotech’s Venetian-style terrazzo for covering the flooring and internal stairs, enhancing the spaces with a noble and contemporary material. The result is a balance between functionality and style, where Italian artisanal tradition meets the precision of German design.

SB 114 Multicolor Grigio

For this project, the SB 114 Multicolor Grey coloring by Agglotech was selected, characterized by marble granulate of various sizes and tones, distinguished by its dark grey base that gives depth and refinement to the environment. The combination of colors and textures evokes the tradition of Venetian terrazzo, reinterpreted in a modern key to adapt to a high-profile administrative setting.
Agglotech supplied and worked directly on-site its own marble-cement aggregate, finishing it with a polishing that enhances the brilliance of the surfaces and gives the building a diffused and prestigious luminosity. The choice of SB 114 terrazzo allowed combining aesthetics, durability, and ease of use, maintaining over time the technical and visual qualities that distinguish the Agglotech material.
The Ohnhäuser center thus becomes an example of evolved industrial architecture, where natural materials and high-quality finishes help shape welcoming, luminous workspaces consistent with the company’s international image.
