Located in the Neukölln district, in the heart of Berlin, this business center celebrates the dialogue between innovation and tradition. In this project, Agglotech Venetian terrazzo becomes an architectural centerpiece, transforming itself from a mere material to aesthetic language capable of communicating history, materiality and contemporaneity.
Completed in 2023, the commercial complex is an aesthetic landmark for Berlin and a symbol of the city’s architectural evolution. Thanks to Agglotech terrazzo, the Berlin building is not just functional: it moves, expresses character and engages with its surroundings in where elegance becomes a constant presence. In this project, the material takes shape and meaning, enriching the exterior spaces with a refined touch that harmonizes naturally with the modern language of this iconic architecture.
SB 102 Grigio Chiaro
For this project, the SB 102 Light Gray shade was selected to naturally illuminate exterior spaces naturally and enhance the dynamic reflections of Berlin’s light. The marble chips immersed in the light matrix create a harmonious and contemporary texture that interacts seamlessly with the geometric lines of the architecture.
In a constantly evolving urban context, SB 102 Light Gray brings balance, sobriety and modernity, allowing the structure to distinguish itself with measure and authenticity. The Agglotech terrazzo surfaces thus define an elegant and functional architectural aesthetic, naturally expressing Berlin’s innovative spirit.
