HANS HOLLEIN BANK
Terrazzo by Agglotech

Lima, Perù

The Hans Hollein Bank, in the heart of Lima, is the result of an important architectural renovation project developed by the American studio WorkAC, which reinterpreted the original spaces signed by the renowned Austrian architect Hans Hollein. The objective of the intervention was to preserve the spirit of the original work intact, introducing modern and sustainable materials capable of enhancing natural light and making the environments more functional and welcoming.
In this context, Agglotech’s Venetian terrazzo played a key role in defining the new identity of the space: a harmonious fusion of elegance, innovation and Italian artisanal tradition, perfectly integrated into WorkAC’s vision.

SB 250 Lido – SB 160 Grigio Carrara

For Hans Hollein Bank, Agglotech supplied its terrazzo in two colors designed to interact with each other and with the light of the environments.
SB 250 Lido is characterized by a luminous and velvety white, enriched with large-sized marble chippings that create delicate and dynamic reflections. SB 160 Grigio Carrara features, instead, a light gray base with fine white marble flakes, expression of understated elegance and perfect chromatic balance.
The hallways, common areas, and public rooms are all improved by the combination of the two light and neutral tones, which heightens the impression of roominess and brightness.
Thanks to its wear resistance and aesthetic versatility, Agglotech terrazzo fully satisfies the needs of a building meant for heavy usage, fusing technical performance and stylistic refinement.
The outcome is an environment that expresses modernity, order and transparency, in full respect of Hans Hollein’s original vision, where every surface contributes to creating a sense of visual continuity and architectural harmony.
