Designed by the London-based studio DSDHA, the public square of Exchange Square has been completely reimagined as a welcoming space to the Broadgate community and reflecting British Land’s commitment to sustainability and biodiversity.
The project transforms this space in the heart of London into a meeting and sharing place, designed to offer relaxation, well-being and connection with nature throughout the year.

As an expression of the city’s vital energy to reflect the vital energy of the city, the new Exchange Square stands out for its modern and fluid design, made of curved lines and soft geometries, which engage in dialogue with the green of the flower beds and the surrounding buildings.
CUSTOM - REG 3458
In perfect harmony with the project concept, Agglotech supplied its Venetian terrazzo REG 3458, a bespoke variety developed specifically to meet the client’s requirements. Its light tone, a white base enriched by small and medium-sized dark marble chippings, creates a refined contrast with the surrounding greenery and the architectural materials, enhancing both the luminosity and sense of calm of the space.
Beyond its aesthetic value, terrazzo REG 3458 offers high technical performance, guaranteeing resistance to weather, wear and constant foot traffic, characteristics essential for high traffic public space.
