Terrazzo by Agglotech
Harrods Department Store, London
In 2017, the Valentino corner inside the iconic Harrods department store in London was renovated according to the concept followed in all new stores of the fashion house. For this project, the wall cladding, counters, shelves and various special elements were created entirely in Agglotech terrazzo highlighting the distinctive character of Italian craftsmanship.
CUSTOM - REG 1712
For the London corner, the customized color REG 1712 was developed, created exclusively by Agglotech in collaboration with Valentino. The design included a shared study on dimensions, cuts and thicknesses of the cement marble to be used, in order to guarantee maximum aesthetic and functional performance.
Special processing techniques made it possible to create refined curves for the shelves and for the cladding of the central islands, giving the corner a distinctive style. The custom gray REG 1712, combined with the play of led lights, creates a striking visual impact that enhances Valentino clothes and accessories from every perspective.
