In the heart of London’s Broadgate district, the prestigious redevelopment project designed by Orms Architects transformed a 1980s building into a modern structure perfectly integrated into the surrounding urban context. The project breathed new life into an architectural icon, maintaining its original dimensions while completely redefining its aesthetic and functionality.
SB 172 Grigio Perla
For this project, the Agglotech team in collaboration with InOpera Group supplied a marble cement terrazzo SB 172 Grigio Perla, customized with engraved and numbered tiles for installation.
The flooring was enhanced with a resin floor map, a distinctive detail that combines craftsmanship and innovation.
The delicate pearl grey tone of the terrazzo brings luminosity and visual continuity to the spaces, confirming the versatility and elegance of Agglotech material even in the most complex and prestigious architectural contexts.
