Milan, Italy

21 House of Stories, a contemporary hotel in the Navigli district of Milan, where hospitality, creativity, work and Congeniality come together in a single vibrant experience. Agglotech terrazzo has been used to clad and enhance the structure, creating a seamless dialogue between interior and exterior spaces, between movement and stillness. On the upper floors the pool becomes a wonderful oasis suspended between the sky and architectural lines. Here, the terrazzo elegantly outlines the pool’s perimeter adding personality to the space. The external facades are also clad in Agglotech with elegant and natural tones that convey depth and harmony. Daylight highlights the material’s subtle nuances, while in the evening the surface becomes part of the city’s luminous life.

SB 130 Aggloceppo

The color used for the cladding of 21 House of Stories is SB 130 Aggloceppo, one of the most fascinating expressions of terrazzo: a base with hazelnut tones, enriched by lighter and darker marble fragments that create a natural visual interplay. It is a tone conceived for those who seek environments that convey warmth, while remaining unmistakably contemporary, complimenting the surrounding architecture. SB 130 Aggloceppo is a color that enriches spaces, adds depth and accompanies light. The surface dialogues with light and architectural proportions, helping to create a balanced and distinctive language, in line with the project’s identity. Designed for high-intensity hospitality contexts, Agglotech terrazzo ensures high levels of outstanding resistance and reliability, with lasting aesthetic qualities while preserving consistent constant aesthetic characteristics throughout its lifespan.
